Monthly plans · data packs never expire

Plans and data packs

Monthly plans from ¥9.9, with three tiers from 60GB to 500GB; data packs from ¥158, valid until used up and never expiring. Both use the same routes: 120+ countries / 190+ routes, unlimited simultaneous devices, and a 14-day refund.

Billing options

Subscribe monthly, or buy a data pack

There are only two billing options on sale: monthly plans and data packs. Both use the same routes, the same clients and the same simultaneous-device rules; the only difference is how data is counted — monthly plans reset each month on your activation date and suit steady long-term use, while data packs last until used up and never expire, suiting business trips, travel or a backup. Whichever you pick, route quality is unaffected.

Lite

¥9.9/ month

60GB · resets monthly on your activation date

Best for: occasional research, email, and a show or two.

  • 60GB per month, resets on your activation date
  • 120+ countries / 190+ routes
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux

Plus

¥28/ month

500GB · resets monthly on your activation date

Best for: remote work, frequent file transfers, several devices at home.

  • 500GB per month, resets on your activation date
  • 120+ countries / 190+ routes
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Stacks with data packs — allowances do not conflict

All three monthly plans reset on your activation date: activate on the 12th and new data arrives on the 12th of each following month, with unused data from the previous cycle not rolling over. To move up a tier mid-cycle, just pay the difference prorated by the remaining days — no need to wait for the cycle to end, and the new allowance takes effect immediately.

Which tier fits you

Three monthly plans, and who each one suits

The three tiers differ in price and data; routes, clients, simultaneous devices and the refund policy are identical. Choosing a tier is essentially estimating how much data you will use in a month.

Lite · ¥9.9 / month

60GB · resets monthly on your activation date

Lite suits people who treat cross-border access as an occasional tool: looking things up, email, maps and bookings, and the odd episode or two. Spread across a month, the allowance covers these light requests.

Its value is getting the whole setup running at the lowest cost — routes, clients and simultaneous devices are the same as the other two tiers, and only the data allowance differs. If you need international sites on just a few days a month, or simply want your phone and computer to be able to connect at any time, Lite is enough.

One thing to watch is long streaming sessions: 4K is a high-data scenario, and binge-watching will approach the cap quickly. Standard, or an extra data pack, fits better there.

Standard · ¥18 / month

250GB · resets monthly on your activation date

Standard is the most popular of the three and the tier most users pick first. The allowance comfortably covers writing with AI tools during the day, watching video on the commute and streaming at home in the evening — all at the same time.

The only difference from Lite is the data allowance; routes, clients and simultaneous devices are exactly the same. If you need reliable cross-border access every day rather than occasionally, Standard's allowance gives you more headroom and keeps you from scraping the cap at month's end.

It also resets monthly on your activation date, and upgrading to Plus mid-cycle is prorated by the remaining days — no repurchase, and nothing you have already used in the cycle goes to waste.

Plus · ¥28 / month

500GB · resets monthly on your activation date

Plus suits people who treat international routes as their daily working environment: remote work, long video calls, frequent uploads and downloads of assets, and several devices at home online at once. Data use in these scenarios is continuous and hard to predict, so a generous allowance beats topping up again and again.

500GB is the highest monthly allowance of the three and also resets on your activation date. If a particular month clearly exceeds expectations, you can add a data pack as a supplement — the two billing models do not conflict.

Route coverage, client support and simultaneous-device rules are identical across the three tiers; what Plus adds is data allowance, not a higher route class.

What is included

All plans include

The items below apply regardless of tier — all three monthly plans and data packs include them.

  • Unlimited simultaneous devices — sign in on phone, tablet and computer at once, with no separate purchase per device.
  • 120+ countries / 190+ routes — covering the major regions; just pick by use case.
  • IEPL dedicated / relay / direct — choose dedicated lines for latency-sensitive work, relay or direct for value.
  • Streaming and AI tools — Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, ChatGPT and more, chosen per route.
  • Quantum encryption — link encryption between client and server, so it works normally on public networks.
  • Clients for five platforms — Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, one account across all of them.
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT — all three payment methods supported; the subscription is written to your account as soon as payment completes.
  • 14-day refund — request it with a ticket in the user panel; refunded via the original payment channel.

Price and data are the only differences in the table. Picking a tier on price alone easily overlooks whether the allowance is enough; estimate how much video you watch and how many meetings you join in a month before deciding. If unsure, start with Standard — later upgrades are prorated by remaining days, so you never pay twice.

Payment and activation

Payment methods and activation

Alipay, WeChat and USDT are supported. Once payment completes, the subscription is written to your account instantly, and the user panel shows the expiry date and remaining data.

Alipay Scan the code or jump to pay; the subscription is credited automatically once payment completes.
WeChat Also supported — handy for everyday small payments.
USDT For users who already hold crypto; settled at the amount at the time of payment.

Activation takes four steps: create an account in the user panel (a username and password are all you need — no email address) → choose a plan and pay → confirm the expiry date and remaining data on the overview page → download the client for your platform, import the subscription and connect. Everything happens inside the user panel, and order records can be reviewed at any time.

Refund promise

Refund promise: 14-day refund, no questions asked

14 days

Within 14 days of purchase, if the routes or clients do not fit your use case, submit a ticket in the user panel to request a refund — no reason needed. After the order is verified, the amount is returned via the original payment channel, and how quickly it arrives depends on that channel.

Refunds cover both monthly plans and data packs. If the issue is simply not enough data, consider upgrading a tier or adding a data pack first — upgrades are prorated by remaining days and never charged twice.

The request form is on the ticket page of the user panel; adding your order details speeds up verification.

Billing FAQ

Billing and refunds: FAQ

These are the six questions asked most often on the plans page. For more on connections and routes, see the Help Center.

What is the difference between the three monthly plans?

Only price and monthly data differ: Lite 60GB, Standard 250GB, Plus 500GB. Route coverage, client support, simultaneous devices, payment methods and the refund policy are identical across all three.

Does data reset on a calendar month or on my activation date?

On your activation date. Activate on the 12th, for example, and new data arrives on the 12th of each following month; unused data from the previous cycle does not roll over. That way every cycle is a full month, and activating near month's end never costs you days.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle?

Just upgrade in the user panel. The price difference is prorated by the remaining days and paid on top — no need to wait for the cycle to end or to buy again. The new allowance takes effect immediately, and data already used in the cycle is not charged twice.

How do data packs differ from monthly plans? Do they expire?

Monthly plans are billed by time and reset each month on your activation date; data packs are billed by volume, last until used up and never expire. The two can coexist — data packs suit business trips, travel, or supplementing a monthly plan.

Which payment methods are supported? How soon can I connect after paying?

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Once payment completes, the subscription is written to your account instantly; the user panel shows the expiry date and remaining data, and you can then download a client, import the subscription and connect. Creating an account needs only a username and password — no email address.

How do I request a refund? Do I need to give a reason?

14-day refund, no reason needed. Submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel with your order details; after verification the amount is returned via the original payment channel, and how fast it arrives depends on that channel.

If the only issue is not enough data, you can upgrade a tier or add a data pack first — no need to go through the refund process.
