Contact VPNDM Support Team

This page covers three contact channels: panel tickets, email and Telegram. Account, order, refund and route issues go through tickets, so the record stays in your panel and you can look it up from any device.

  • 14-day no-questions-asked refund
  • No email address required
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
Three channels

Pick a channel by issue type

Start with tickets for anything the panel can handle: the record is traceable and progress stays in your own account. Email and Telegram are backup channels.

Primary channel

User panel tickets

Subscriptions and orders, refund requests, account and login issues, route and client problems — submit them all here. The record stays in your panel, so you can look it up from another device or browser.

  • Use forAccount · Orders · Refunds · Route issues
  • WhereSign in to the user panel → Tickets
  • ResponseUsually within 24 hours; longer at peak times

Backup channel

Email

For account problems when you can't sign in, payment receipt questions and partnership enquiries. The email address is published inside the ticket page in the user panel to keep third parties from misusing it.

  • Use forAccount recovery · Payment receipts · Partnerships
  • WhereUser panel → listed on the ticket page
  • Response1–2 business days

Instant channel

Telegram

Good for quick confirmation of short questions, such as whether a particular route is working right now or which import method to pick for a given client. Account and channel links are also published on the ticket page in the user panel.

  • Use forQuick questions · Route status
  • WhereUser panel → listed on the ticket page
  • ResponseDuring staffed hours; otherwise next shift

Tickets are handled in the order they arrive, and instant replies aren't promised. Keep one issue per ticket: mixing unrelated problems into one thread makes follow-up serial and slows everything down.

Faster resolution

What to prepare before you get in touch

For the same kind of issue, a ticket with complete details usually gets pinpointed in one round; a ticket that just says it won't connect often takes two or three rounds of back-and-forth to pin down the environment. Have the items below ready and paste them straight into the ticket body.

  1. Your panel username (not your display name) and roughly when you signed up.
  2. Order number and payment method — Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT.
  3. The platform and client where it happens: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux.
  4. The route region involved (Hong Kong, Singapore or Japan, for example) and roughly when the problem started.
  5. The exact error message or a screenshot, plus the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.

If the problem is at the subscription import stage, also say which client you're using and where it gets stuck (import error, import succeeds but won't connect, connects but some sites won't load) — these three causes are diagnosed in completely different ways.

Check before you submit

Quick answers to common questions

The five items below cover most enquiries — reading them first often saves you the wait. The help center has the full categorised Q&A.

How long until I get a reply after submitting a ticket?

Tickets are handled in order, usually within 24 hours; route-wide adjustments or public holidays can push that back. Submit each issue once — duplicates go to the back of the queue and end up slower.

If you want to add information after submitting, reply in the original ticket rather than opening a new one.

What if I forget my panel password?

The login page has a recovery entry point — just follow the prompts. Accounts don't use email addresses, so if the prompts aren't enough to complete recovery, submit a ticket with your username, order number and roughly when you registered.

How do I request a refund?

Submit a ticket in the user panel with your order number and payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT); the refund goes back through the original payment channel. VPNDM offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund.

Can I share my subscription link with someone else?

Not recommended. A subscription link works like an account key — anyone who has it can use your data allowance. If you suspect a leak, reset the subscription in the panel first, then re-import it on each device.

How is an upgrade from a lower plan to a higher one calculated?

When you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; once paid, the new plan's data allowance applies — no need to buy a whole new month. The panel's plan page shows the exact calculation before you confirm payment.

Service scope and compliance notes

This service provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 120+ countries / 190+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and no limit on simultaneous devices.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Monthly subscriptions start at ¥9.9/month with 60GB, and data resets each month on the activation date; data packs last until used up and never expire. A 14-day no-questions-asked refund applies after your first payment.

Signing up needs no email address — a username and password are enough. Because there's no email layer, keep your subscription link safe yourself: import it only on your own devices and don't forward it.

This page only handles issues related to VPNDM accounts, orders, subscriptions and routes. Matters on third-party platforms that aren't tied to your account are out of scope — please contact that platform directly.
