Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between VPNDM (vpndm.com, the “Service”) and users regarding the use of cross-border network acceleration services. By registering an account, purchasing a plan, or using any client, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.
1. Service Scope and Coverage
The Service provides cross-border network acceleration and international route access through access nodes distributed worldwide, currently covering 120+ countries / 190+ routes. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Payment comes in two forms: monthly subscriptions and data packs. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
The Service is a network transmission and acceleration tool. It does not provide any content services and is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites and apps that users access. Regional policies and access rules for third-party services such as streaming platforms and AI tools are set by those providers and may change at any time; the Service makes no guarantees about the outcome of such changes. Connections between users and the Service use quantum-encrypted transmission.
2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules
- Registration: Signing up requires only a username and password — no email address needed.
- Devices: A single subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time, and you can install the matching client on any device you own.
- Account security: Your account credentials and subscription link are effectively access keys — do not share them publicly or hand them to anyone else. If a link leaks or data is consumed by others because you failed to keep it secure, the Service is not liable for compensation. If you notice anything unusual, you can reset your subscription link in the user panel.
- No resale or sharing: Subscriptions are for the purchaser and their own devices only. Reselling, renting out, or distributing subscription links or data in any form is prohibited, as is sharing one account among multiple people or using the Service to provide access services to third parties.
- No tampering with metering: You may not modify or interfere with data usage statistics, plan limits, or device rules by technical means.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where they use the Service, and are responsible for their own online activity. Using the Service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited, including but not limited to: infringing the lawful rights of others, distributing illegal content, carrying out network attacks, accessing other people's systems or data without authorization, and infringing intellectual property rights.
Users bear the consequences and legal liability arising from their own misuse. The Service may suspend or terminate the relevant account when violations are detected.
4. Service Availability and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”, and reasonable efforts are made to keep routes stable. In the following situations, the Service may be interrupted or degraded, and the Service accepts no liability for compensation: problems with your local network, device, or client configuration; adjustments, maintenance, or failures on international links, upstream data centers, or third-party services; force majeure events; and changes in network policy where you are located.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service makes no express or implied warranties regarding transmission speed, connection duration, or the accessibility of third-party websites, and accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
5. Account Termination and Refunds
The Service may suspend or terminate an account, depending on the severity, if any of the following occurs:
- Reselling, renting out, or publicly sharing a subscription link;
- Sharing one account among multiple people;
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the lawful rights of others;
- Modifying or interfering with data usage statistics, plan limits, or device rules;
- Any other serious breach of these Terms.
Users may also stop using the Service at any time, with no notice required.
Refunds: A full refund can be requested within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned via the original payment method, and the time to arrive depends on the processing cycle of Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Once an order has been refunded, it cannot be refunded again, and the corresponding subscription benefits end when the refund is completed. Data packs are valid until used up and never expire.
6. Changes to These Terms and Notices
These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. The updated version is published on this page, with the update date at the top of the page revised accordingly, and takes effect on the date of publication. Major changes affecting user rights are announced in the user panel. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
If you have questions about these Terms, sign in and submit them through the ticket section of the user panel; the Service handles them in the order received.
How privacy data related to this page is handled is described in the Privacy Policy; plan pricing and refund terms are governed by the Plans page and this page, consistently across the site.
